If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt and we will refund you for the purchase price less shipping both ways. No returns or exchanges are allowed after 30 days. A 15% restocking fee will be applied on the total amount if the product was ordered incorrectly or if the order is cancelled by the customer. The satisfaction guarantee does not apply to item(s) that have been used or damaged. The item must be returned in the same condition that it was received. If tires are mounted on the wheel or if the wheel comes back damaged in any way even if through the shipping process, then the wheels are non-refundable. In addition, shipping of the product both ways is the responsibility of the buyer/customer. Please inspect all wheels and make sure you are 100% satisfied to avoid any return problems before you mount a tire on the rim which would void the warranty.
If you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect product, Stock Wheels Solutions will provide you with a pre-paid UPS or FedEx return label. Once the item has been received and inspected for use, we will provide you with a free replacement or a full refund. All refunds take 2-3 business days to process.
Please note that because the staff at Stock Wheels Solutions cannot inspect the customer’s vehicle, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the wheel being ordered will their vehicle. If you have any questions or hesitations, please contact us directly for assistance.
